I personally believe that a set of morning routines is beneficial for anyone for several reasons.
- It allows you to see clearly what’s to come for a given day.
- It enables you to focus and work on what’s important to you.
- It allows you to use your time efficiently without getting distracted from un-necessary things.
- You can take advantage of the power of the subconsciousness.
For these reasons, in short, anyone can get a benefit from having a set of morning routines.
As an example, here are my morning routines:
- brush my teeth
- hit the gym
- grab a cup of coffee and write
- work on my journal
- work on creating a content for this website
- interact with audience on SMS
- go to work
